Mint Condition is a model that has been in operation for over 50 years and has proven itself successful in all kinds of economic conditions. This is NOT a janitorial business. This is a franchise sales and business development business. Your clients will never be cleaning or managing cleaners. They will spend time recruiting and supporting Unit Franchisees operating a janitorial business. The Master Franchisee will support these Unit Franchisees by providing sales support, operations support, and billing and collection support. This model is recession-resistant, technology-resistant, Amazon-resistant, and, as we have recently discovered, pandemic resistant. One of the great things about this model is its ability to pivot and adjust to changing economic circumstances. In short, as long as businesses need their trash emptied and their restrooms cleaned, we have business opportunities. This is a highly scalable, recurring revenue model with substantial revenue generation opportunities. We are one of the original subscription models. Each day our Unit Franchisees do their work, and it needs to be done the next day again. We aren’t chasing business each month to replace the sales from the month before; we are adding business each month to build a strong book of business served by our Unit Franchisees on an ongoing basis. Our Item 19 shows the results of this model. There is a strong retention rate of both customers and unit franchisees. The key to this is our revenue replacement program designed to keep our quality franchisees in our system. This program is unique to the Mint Condition model. We have a turn-key system to help our Master Franchisees with every aspect of getting their business started and providing them with the tools and support to grow and be successful. This includes the marketing programs to recruit Unit Franchisees, training and state-of-the-art equipment to set the Unit Franchisee up for success, and monitoring software to provide ongoing support. We have industry-leading technology to help our Master Franchisees with the sales and customer service aspects of the business to support the growth of their Unit Franchisees. We have world-class bidding and estimating software tools based upon established industry standards to help our Master Franchisees put together customer bids for any type of facility. We have a field operations support tool that allows our Master Franchisees to help their Unit Franchisees proactively manage their accounts by providing specific and timely feedback. And we have an accounting system that makes it easy to manage the billing and collection support the Master Franchisees provide to the Unit Franchisees. This is a business that, once started and moving, offers the owner the ability to expand or step back and manage in a more semi-passive fashion.
