This is more of a lifestyle business and they will likely coach from a handful to several dozen clients at a time. - 2. The “Firm” franchise where the franchisee will build a team of coaches to coach hundreds of clients and maximize market penetration in the territory. There are discounts on the franchise fees if they buy a 3-pack of territories or more. Firm owners will need a small professional office. This is a great franchise for An Area Developer type of person. **As opposed to traditional consulting** we do not do the work for the clients or simply provide recommendations and leave. We roll up the sleeves and work with them for the long term, coaching them for up to an hour per week (in one-to-one programs) while the clients implement the strategies between sessions.
